Gary Christensen, CCIM, CPM, SIOR, is the CEO of Calson Properties, Inc., and has been in this position since 2016. He oversees the real estate holdings of the Lindsay Family.

In his 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Christensen has contributed greatly to the profitability of a variety of property types.
​
Prior to his time with Calson Properties, he owned and operated Pacific Commercial Management, specializing in asset management.
​
Today he leads our team in investments and asset management.

Senior VP
Cynthia Christensen is the Senior VP and a daughter of a founding member of Calson Properties, Inc.
Cynthia has over 13 years of commercial and residential property management experience.
​
She graduated from Brigham Young University. Today, Cynthia oversees many property management operations.
​
Cynthia provides mentorship to our team, focusing on improving the commercial tenant and resident experience at our properties.
Her family and community values make her the heart of Calson Properties.

VP
Jordan Christensen, CCIM, brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to bear in finding creative solutions to his clients' challenges. Here at Calson, he wears many hats as he oversees all of Calson's operations, including the successful leasing of the commercial assets.
​
Before joining Calson, Jordan worked at CB Richard Ellis in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he was an integral member of the only tenant representation team in the state. He graduated from the University of Utah David Eccles School of business with a bachelor's degree in Finance.
​
Jordan holds real estate brokers licenses in California and Colorado Jordan is a proud member of the CCIM institute and has served on the Colorado/Wyoming chapter's board of directors. He also has been involved with numerous local volunteer organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, the local high school's sports teams, and his church's youth program.

Controller
Gina Frye is our financial and residential operations leader.
She has 30+ years of property management experience. She graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor's in Business Administration and Accounting.
She is a key part of our company, overseeing not just financial details but providing operational improvements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Gina has been with Calson Properties for over 15 years.

Property Manager
Lilah Hammer brings over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, lending knowledge and expertise to her role in property management. Her background in construction equips her with a unique perspective on property maintenance, renovations, and project management, ensuring that every property under her care is not only well-maintained but also maximizes its value.
Her hands-on approach and love of continuous learning enables her to address challenges proactively and implement creative solutions that enhance the overall experience for everyone involved.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Lilah enjoys giving back to her community. She volunteers her time with the National Mill Dog Rescue (NMDR), where she advocates for and helps rehabilitate neglected dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, playing board games, attending her daughter’s football games, and taking hikes with her family and dog.

Nancy Pitre, CCRM, is one of our onsite managers. She has over 10 years of customer service experience.
Nancy is a California Certified Residential Manager and also holds a certificate of Business Administration from De Anza College.

Nancy is always proactive and involved at her property. She goes the extra mile to ensure resident satisfaction and safety. Her positive and friendly attitude is another reason our residents love her.

When she's not at work, Nancy enjoys getting lost in a good book, riding her bike, and trying new restaurants with her husband!

Manager
Lydia Prado, CCRM, is one of our onsite managers. She has over 5 years of customer service experience and enjoys helping people and making an impact in each of her tenant's lives.

Lydia holds an associate degree in Communication Studies from Foothill College. She intends to pursue her bachelor's degree in the near future.
​
When at work, Lydia is always willing to help in whatever way she can. She goes above and beyond for her residents, always finding a way to make them feel welcome and heard. If you ever show up at her office, she will most likely be humming a song and will always welcome you with a smile!

In her free time, Lydia enjoys spending time with her family, babysitting her niece and nephews, and doing community work with her church. She also loves traveling to new places with her husband.

Manager
Harleen Kaur brings six years of management experience to her role, combining her expertise with a passion for community events and fostering prosperity. She holds an Associate’s degree in Communications from De Anza College and is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration while working toward her real estate license.
In her free time, Harleen enjoys painting, sewing, and collecting Squishmallows. Her commitment to positivity and good vibes shines in both her personal and professional life.

Team
Francisco Topete is our maintenance tech extraordinaire. He has been helping maintain Calson's properties for over 20 years. He enjoys learning new ways to improve his craft and is very well loved by our residents and team members alike. ​
In his spare time, Francisco enjoys spending time exploring with his wife and daughter.

​Eddie Ibarra brings a wealth of experience in painting, flooring, and general maintenance to our team. Known for his positive attitude and “let’s get it done” mindset, Eddie approaches every task with enthusiasm and dedication. Passionate about learning, he continually explores new techniques and methods to enhance his repair and installation skills. Outside of work, Eddie enjoys spending quality time with his French Bulldog, Bella, often going on long walks together. Eddie's expertise and drive make him a valuable asset to our company and a trusted partner for all your maintenance needs.
