Gary Christensen, CCIM, CPM, SIOR, is our CEO of Calson Properties, Inc., and has been in this position since 2016. He oversees the real estate holdings of the Lindsay Family.
In his 35 years of professional experience, Mr. Christensen has contributed greatly to the profitability of a variety of property types.
Prior to his time with Calson Properties, he owned and operated Pacific Commercial Management, specializing in asset management.
Today he leads our team in investments and asset management.
Cynthia Christensen is our Senior VP and daughter to the founding members of Calson Properties, Inc.
Cynthia has over 10+ years of commercial and residential property management experience.
She graduated from Brigham Young University. Today, Cynthia oversees all property management operations.
Cynthia provides mentorship to our team focusing on improving commercial tenant and resident experience at our properties.
Her family and community values make her the heart of Calson Properties, Inc.
Jordan Christensen, CCIM, brings over 20 + commercial real estate experience to bear in finding creative solutions to his client's challenges. Here at Calson, he wears many hats as he oversees all of Calson's operations, including the successful leasing of the commercial assets.
Before joining Calson, Jordan was with CB Richard Ellis in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he was an integral member of the only group in the state that focused exclusively on tenant representation. He graduated from the University of Utah David Eccles School of business with a bachelor's in Finance.
Jordan is a proud member of the CCIM institute and services on the Colorado / Wyoming chapter's board of directors. He also has been involved with numerous local volunteer organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, Care and Share Food Bank, and his church's youth program.
Gina Frye is our financial and residential operations leader.
She has 30 + years of property management experience. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors' in Business Administration and Accounting.
She is a key part of our company overseeing not just financial details but provides operation improvements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Gina has been with Calson for over 15 + years.
Commercial Property Manager
Gwen Hughes, Prince2, is our Commercial Property Manager and Regional Operations Coordinator.
She has over 7 + years of property management and project management experience. Gwen studied Graphic Design at Northern Illinois University, Fine Art at Eureka College, and Business Administration at Colorado University. She holds a Prince2 designation (international project management designation).
Stephanie Valle, CCRM is our Residential Property Manager. She has over 12 + years of residential property management experience.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism from San Francisco State University. She also holds an associates of science in Interior Design from Canada Community College.
Stephanie is a Certified Resident Manager with the California Apartment Association since 2012.
Stephanie has been with Calson Properties for 12 + years. She is always personable and professional with all of our residents.
OUR Assistant Property Manager
Nancy Pitre is our Assistant Property Manager. She has over 10 + years of customer service experience.
Nancy holds a certificate of Business Administrative from De Anza College.
Nancy is always proactive and involved at Castlemont Arms Apartments. She goes the extra mile to ensure resident satisfaction. Her positive and friendly attitude is another reason our residents love her.
OUR Facilities Manager
Chris Quihuis manages all details in maintaining our properties with our vendor partners. He oversees all major projects at both commercial and residential properties.
He has over 15+ years of residential and commercial project management experience and maintenance.
Chris has been a liaison between contractors and the executive team with Calson Properties for over 11 + years.
Chris handles tenant relations, manages our maintenance team, and ensures all concerns are addressed promptly. He is an invaluable member of the Calson team and our tenants.
