All residential tenants are required to provide proof of renters insurance that meets the required coverage per the lease agreement prior to moving in. It is the residents responsibility to maintain insurance per the lease. The requirement can be easily satisfied with a policy through Roost Renters Insurance, accessible through your tenant portal. Or, the following companies also offer renters insurance policies. We have no affliction or connection with these companies.
