MOVE-IN PROCESS
Welcome! We strive to ensure the move-in process is seamless. We will need the following items before scheduling your move-in.

1. Fully executed lease agreement
2. Tenant Insurance - Click Here for Insurance Requirements
3. Provide tenant information form to your Property Manager. - Click Here for Tenant Information Form
4. Sign into your tenant portal once you receive a welcome letter and login details.
5. REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES ONLY: If you are using a moving company, your selected moving company must provide a certificate of insurance which must be approved by the property manager in advance of move in date. Please use the following insurance requirement form to send to your moving company.

6. Once we have all required documentation on file, our team will schedule your move-in date and a time to provide you with keys.
